Navigation controls
Navigation control is one feature which makes navigation through your phone easier. By default, the on-screen navigation buttons will be in use. You can change these by following the below steps. Make sure you go through the official tutorial if you are new to gestures.

Dual Apps
Dual apps make it possible to run multiple accounts of a single app. You can clone any installed app in your device if it supports cloning. Then you can log in to multiple accounts at the same time. To run dual apps.
Goto Settings > Dual apps and choose the apps you want to clone.
Second Space
Second Space is very much similar to making a new user account in your computer. This feature can even allow multiple users to a single phone. This creates a new space with its own home screen, apps, accounts, password etc. You can also use to separate work and personal account.

To set up Second Space, go to Settings > Second space.
Hide the Notch
As we already know, Redmi Note 6 Pro comes with a notch display which some people are not comfortable with. Redmi allows you to Hide the notch if you wish to. Once enabled, this will add a black bar which will fill the notch area.
To enable this. Goto Settings > Fullscreen display > Hide screen notch.

Autostart Apps
After every reboot to your phone, you will have to manually restart all the apps after tapping on them. Redmi allows users to start apps automatically after every reboot. Redmi also provides us with the option to choose the apps of our choice to start automatically. Even though the Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 is fast enough to handle multiple apps. It will be better to keep unused apps off for faster and smoother running of the device.
Goto Settings > Permissions > Autostart and disable apps which you don’t want to start at reboot.
Camera shortcut
Camera lock screen shortcuts are available in every Android device, but this requires us to pay attention to open it. Redmi note 6 Pro solves this by making it possible to open the camera app by double-clicking the volume button.

To enable this, Goto Settings > Lock screen & password > toggle Launch camera option.
Fingerprint scanner camera shutter button
Some people find it difficult to click on the shutter button on the display to take a selfie picture. Volume button shortcut was introduced to make this easier, Redmi takes this to the next level by introducing shutter button on the fingerprint scanner of your device. You can enable this feature in the settings menu of the Camera app.
Wi-Fi passthrough
One of the coolest features that have come up in the Redmi Note 6 Pro is the Wi-Fi passthrough. The number of devices that can be connected to a single router is always restricted. Redmi solves this issue by allowing other devices to connect to a Redmi device in the router network and access internet. This feature enables us to share our Wi-Fi network with others even without sharing our Wi-Fi password.

To connect phones and share Wi-Fi, Goto Settings > Wi-Fi > tap on the Wi-Fi network your phone is connected. Scan the QR code which pops up using the camera app of the device to establish the connection.
